Krystle & William's Wedding - Huntington Beach
And they lived happily ever after... Krystle and her prince, William, set out to have a beautiful sunset fairytale wedding and it was; Cinderella did not have the beauty of the Huntington Beach coast. Krystle and William are a great couple and so beautiful together. I wish them a long and happily ever after!

Kristie & Michael's Wedding - 7/25/2009
The beautiful couple said their "I Will's" just about sundown. With a wonderful layout of decorations and tables, the reception went into the night with lots of celebrating, dancing and maybe even some fountain swimming under a full moon...
It was such a pleasure to capture Kristie and Michaels moments. Here are a few to enjoy.

No Doubt/Paramore/The Sounds - Irvine - 7/31/2009
When I first heard about the reunion show for No Doubt, I was hardly containable. My excitement grew even more as soon as I knew my wonderful husband scored us orchestra seats. I can't even explain how much we couldn't wait to see all three bands.
The show started with the electronic beats of The Sounds. This is one of my husbands favorite bands. Paramore was next, busting onto the stage with their big hit Misery Business. They rocked even more so than their last show we saw last year at the Orange County Fair. Finishing their set, my husband and I were curious with what they would close with and I started jumping around even more hearing them start their huge hit Decode, from Twilight.
Best for last, was the multi hit makers No Doubt, who haven't performed together in over three years. I've loved this band for sooooo long. Getting to see them again was such an honor and one of the best things this summer. They started with an intro to Battlestar Galatica, played hit after hit, put a new twist to Excuse Me Mr., and had an outstanding finale, performing their cover of Stand & Deliver.

Miracle Patch - Snow in June!
So it's hardly a mystery. Anyone affiliated with snowboarding is familiar with the natural wonder of "The Patch." On a June afternoon, sun shinning and sky's blue, a group of local riders (my husband included) make every turn up the backside of Wrightwood to do some snow play. Sunglasses, snowboards, & shovels in tow. It's unexplained to why the snow remains, long after local resorts close their lifts, but the best reason, little direct sunlight. No matter, because with no hefty ticket prices and crowds it was a fun day for everyone.
