Paul & Clarissa's Wedding

I PRONOUNCE YOU NEON NAT...... EXCUSE ME, MR. and MRS BYRD!

This couple are ROCKSTARS! Plain and simple that has to be said!

No one plans on going to a wedding and getting their butts entertained by none other than the Bride and Groom.

Paul and Clarissa met in the 80's cover band, Neon Nation. They fell for each other while dressed in their totally awesome RayBans, big hair and spandex. They shared more than just a passion for music. Spending many vacations in the outdoors, eventually the call of nature at Blue Lake is where Paul proposed. Together they become The Byrd's on a wonderful day in May at a ceremony held at Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic Church in Huntington Beach and the celebration continued to the remarkable grounds of Rancho Las Lomas in Silverado, also known as a historical Zoo and Gardens. It was such a fitting venue for this nature driven couple that incorporated bird decor throughout the celebration setting.

The evening celebration came to an ultimate climax as Paul & Clarissa broke into song, singing to each other, Faithfully by Journey. This launched into a full blown personal Neon Nation wedding concert that touched my heart personally and I'm sure many others as the couple shared their love of music and each other in Rock n' Roll style!

Chris & Chelsea's Wedding

My first cousin Chris on my dad's side married his beautiful bride Chelsea last month at a cozy church near their alma mater in Ohio. I was so happy and fortunate to be their for this day. The little church was packed tight. The celebration for these newlyweds continued onto their local college bar then they danced the night away at a fantastic Lima country club. The whole evening was a blessing and more so to see the smiles on their faces. Congratulations!
